Terms of Service

1. Engagement

By submitting an inquiry or booking with RUGN, you engage RUGN Turizm ve Seyahat A.Ş. (IATA · TÜRSAB licensed) as your travel agent of record. These terms govern that engagement.

2. Quotations & Booking

Proposals are held for 48 hours unless extended in writing. A 25% non-refundable deposit confirms the reservation. The balance is due 30 days before departure.

3. Payment Methods

• Online card payment through PCI-DSS Level 1 gateway (iyzico).
• At-office payment at our Istanbul atelier by card or cash (TRY · USD · EUR).
• Bank transfer / havale / EFT to the corporate account provided at booking.

4. Cancellations & Changes

Each property, airline and supplier carries its own cancellation schedule, which we disclose in writing before deposit. RUGN charges no additional cancellation fee on deposits paid more than 60 days before departure when funds can be redirected to a future booking within 12 months.

5. Travel Insurance

Comprehensive travel insurance is strongly recommended and may be arranged by RUGN on request. Coverage should include cancellation, medical evacuation, and personal effects.

6. Force Majeure

RUGN is not liable for delay or failure of performance caused by events outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to weather, strikes, civil unrest, government restrictions, or pandemic.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Istanbul Anatolian Courts and Bailiff Offices.
